I found the Randy Pausch Last Lecture video and book very uplifting and inspiring – full of life and leadership lessons. If you haven’t seen the video, you can see it here … and you can get the book here.

Time Management Tips
Here are time management tips that came from pages 108 – 110
* Time must be explicitly managed , like money
* Ask yourself: Are you spending your time on the right things ?
* Develop a good filing system
* Rethink the phone
* Delegate
* Take time out
Here are few others to think about;
* Hire the right person
* Invest in training
* Empower others
* Plan (1 hour of planning will save 10 hours of doing)
There are many other significant time management – or personal productivity – tips, tools and templates you can incorporate in your daily life that will enrich the quality of your life and the culture of your workplace. And, you should take the time to become a time management expert. Leading me to one of my favorite quotes – “The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot” – Michael Altshuler
