Leadership Development Self Assessment

Quite often a manager or leader ask me these two questions;

1. “I wonder how I’m really doing as a leader ?”

2. “How do I get to the next level ?”

To answer the first question; I ask clients to do a leadership self assessment worksheet. I’ve developed a short 40 question leadership self assessment which you can download from my website here.

To answer the second question; Once you know the areas you need to work on from the leadership self assessment, I suggest you put together an aggressive self development plan.

That self development plan can contain elements of seminars, books, CD’s, DVD’s, other formal training but the most effective is one on coaching or training from your boss, a mentor or a leadership coach trained to help you develop your leadership skills.

If you really want to get to the next level tomorrow – you need to get to work on it today.
