The Role of a Leader

Ralph Nader once said, “I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.”

Think about this … if you make an effort to produce more leaders you will in fact gain more followers. You will earn the respect of those that you help in their career and everyone outside of your circle will want to be within your circle.

You should constantly ask yourself, “Am I doing what I need to do to produce more leaders?”  There are number of ways for you to develop those around you … are you doing all that you can do?
