Think – 2014 Starts Now

Logo1The first half of the year is now clearly in the rear view mirror – I hope it was good for you.

I also hope the second half of the year will result in the outcomes you are seeking.

My leadership tip for you this week is to stay positive and encouraged about your second half prospects … but start thinking about how you can leverage the wisdom from the following quotes to position you for a greater success in 2014.

“What gets measured gets improved.” -Peter Drucker … What are you not measuring that you should be measuring?

“There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.” -Dennis Waitley … What do you need to change now, so that you will benefit later?

“Keep away from people who belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.” -Mark Twain … Aim high – plan – then execute.

Forget the soft sand … think … and achieve greatness – I’m cheering for you.
