Employee Engagement Is A Strategy

Some of us utilize their service and some of us don’t.

Some of us have success with their service it … and some of us don’t.

What I find very interesting is, most of us don’t give a second thought about them as a company – at least I don’t – but we should. The reason is, they do an absolutely incredible job of engaging and inspiring their employees … and we should learn from them.

Whether it’s free yoga to get the day started or financial support for professional development or some other unusual creative boosting perk, LinkedIn is doing something special for their number one resource – their people.

My leadership tip for you this week is to ask you to identify at least one new initiative that will contribute to engaging and inspiring your organization.

To do this, share this article with others on your management team and brain-storm a few ideas that will work for you. My guess is you will come up with more than one idea.

Exceptional leaders view employee engagement as a strategy – not a program.
